Knowing where your customers and employees are in case of emergency
In the Analysis module, events recorded in Global Monitoring are compared with company-specific data such as the whereabouts of travellers or critical locations. That way, holidaymakers and business travellers can be located and fully or partially automated emergency measures can be initiated immediately.
If a hazard is imminent or already present at the travel destination, emergency management is all about acting quickly:
- How many employees are currently on site?
- How many holidaymakers are in the vicinity of the event?
Our analysis and travel tracking functions always give you an overview of who is where. This is made possible by matching events with geo-referenced company-specific booking data.
We import your data into our system via a multitude of already implemented interfaces with reservation systems of tour operators, mid-office systems of travel agencies or with GDS and online booking engines. This enables you to identify your customers and employees in the danger zone with a few mouse clicks, and then alert and contact them from our communication tool.
For smaller companies there is an even easier solution: Send us your bookings by copying us in the Outlook calendar function and we will automatically display these bookings for you in our system.
