The procedure is very simple: If your employees plan their business trips in an online calendar (e.g. Outlook), you only need to invite A3M via a designated e-mail address.
Our Global Monitoring system then sends an e-mail, which the employee only uses to confirm the trip and their whereabouts: This activates the Crisis Information service via Calendar Alerting and your employees then receive our comprehensive country information and alerts about potential dangers at their destination before they travel.
Important for you to know: Calendar Alerting entries, just like booking data, are also visible in Global Monitoring – so you as a travel manager can keep track of things.
