The procedure is very simple: If your employees create their business trips in an online calendar (e.g. Outlook), you only need to invite A3M via a designated e-mail address. Our global monitoring system then sends an e-mail, which the employee only uses to confirm the trip and whereabouts: This activates the crisis information service via calendar alerting and your employees receive our comprehensive country information and alerts about potential dangers at their whereabouts before they travel. Important for you to know: Calendar alerting entries, just like booking data, are also visible in Global Monitoring – so you as a travel manager can keep track of things.
