The incident happened in Wanidara district. According to reports the protests took place in the morning and afternoon of Wednesday (07 November, local time). In the suburb Cosa, where protesters errected barricades, several people were shot on Wednesday (07 November). Rallies for Wednesday and Thursday were banned by the authorities.
