What's the difference between the blue and green Global Monitoring app?
The blue Global Monitoring App is for our business clients and the green one for individuals.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Do I have to cancel my free trial?
No, the free trial subscription ends automatically and does not require any separate cancellation.
How can I see my invoice?
You can see your invoice in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
I have a new mobile phone and would like to transfer my subscription to the new one. How does it work?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer in-app purchases between different platforms (app store providers) due to technical reasons. It is not possible to restore purchases from iOS under Android, or vice versa. In-App purchases on the respective platform are always linked to the respective Apple/Google account. In the case of a change of provider, an existing subscription should be cancelled and re-subscribed with the new provider.
How can I define multiple locations in my app?
The Global Monitoring App alerts the user based on his own GPS position. Other locations cannot be defined.
Do I need an internet connection to get alerted?
Yes, the Global Monitoring App requires an active Internet connection and GPS.
Can I get alerted by text message (SMS)?
No, currently only an alarm via push notifications is possible.
What do the icons in the Global Monitoring app mean?
The icons stand for certain event categories. To learn more about the event categories, simply tap on the event.
Does the Global Monitoring App work even if I change my mobile number?
Yes, the Global Monitoring App is not linked to your mobile number, but to your Google or Apple account.
Can I use the app on different mobile devices?
Yes, if you're signed in with the same Google or Apple account.
The global monitoring app isn't alarming me anymore. What can I do?

I got a new smartphone. How can I transfer my existing subscription?
You can simply sign in with your existing Google or Apple account and use the Global Monitoring App as before.
