On Tuesday evening (20 June, local time) an explosion was reported at the main train station in Brussels. The Grand Place and the Central station were both evacuated, and the metro-lines 1 and 5 suspended by the police. Reports indicate that an assailant detonated an IED, however, there were no injuries. The situation appears to be under control.
